Nice area. Next to the sea. Parking is a little bit cumbersome as you have to drive to a separate elevated driveway and done a rocky path to a gate that you have to unlock yourself and close the car off with the gate.
Otherwise, the hotel room is very nice and cleanly. Bathroom is kind of small. Management was kind. It was a little difficult getting a hold of management as we arrived at the hotel at about eight or 9 PM. We had to bang on the door pretty loudly to get somebody to come out. We didn’t realize that Valparaiso area can be unsafe for travelers, but the Viña del Mar area is at least safer than Valparaiso Central.
All in all, a decent hotel experience
