Excellent location, quiet and felt safe as a solo female. The studio was lovely and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Only note I’d give is I wish the kitchen had dish soap and a spatula!

Perfect location to access all the attractions of downtown with lots of dining options within a short walk, including Pike Place Market. The host and onsite staff were proactive and very helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for two people.

This hotel definitely is "value" hotel that has done the bare minimum to get warm bodies in it. It is clean, but everything is kind of falling apart/cheap/highly worn. The worst part for me was the windows are old single pane that are all slightly racked and open and they do not block sound. There was kareoke and bar music going on way into the late evenings on top of all the annoying cars driving around. If I can suggest if you stay here, do your best to stay away from the street facing side... or pay a little bit more for somewhere that actually is nicer.

Bottom line up front, I would definitely stay here again. It’s in an excellent location at a fair price. The communication was top notch and it was very clean. I was fine with it, but it is a little dated and needs some small touch ups, but they were minimal and didn’t bother me at all.

The stay was disappointing overall. The space was decorated cute and having a full kitchen was genuinely nice, but the room and common areas felt neglected. Only the bare minimum cleaning seemed to be done. The bathroom door was dirty, the kitchen floor was grimy, and the fan was old, filthy, and broken. The pull‑out bed and couch were also in rough condition, making the room feel poorly maintained. Several tiles on the floor were cracked, torn, and separating, and there were no screens on the windows, which made ventilation uncomfortable. The TV wouldn’t stay connected to the Wi‑Fi, and I had to set it up myself. The main bed was uncomfortable, and the hallway smelled like urine, adding to the overall sense that the property needs deep cleaning and basic repairs. For the cost being charged, it was absolutely not worth it, and I would not recommend staying here.

While a clean room, the rest is a mess. The bed is so noisy it awakens one, the microwave didn't' work, the outlet to the coffee maker was dead, the windows haven't been cleaned in this era.

Great location, but the building was so old and the place was cracking. The shower was hard to operate, no consistent hot water, skin had no counter space. The bed sheet didn’t fit the couch bed. There was no AC and it was so noisy from the street, the windows don’t even close. There was coffee stains in the coffee cup.

This is our 3rd stay at this property…location is very convenient to all of the sight seeing areas. Only bad thing is the TV and WiFi connection needs to be restored the connection for both weren’t working properly. But all in all the property is still great

Room was very clean and kitchen and bathroom were updated. Location of property was excellent very walkable to everything. Only complaints were rooms were very dark and view from windows was not good. Trash and dirty pigeons. Need more lighting and brighter light bulbs.

If you like rust in the bathroom, paint chipping all over as well as patches on the walls, a airport sink in the bathroom, garbage under the couch, lights that don’t work other lights that don’t light up the room toilet paper set up to fall into the garbage everytime you use it as well as a squeaky bed and a funky air situation this place is for you. Also no internet service in most of the building but they will have you try and problem solve situation for days even though they know there is no service available. Nice kitchen and location is good but I would not recommend staying here. Pay an extra $100 to stay in a better facility. Elevator felt like it was going to drop every time you got in it as well as security system was opened up and no GFI in bathroom. Also some outlets didn’t work. Basically this place was not what they said it was.

Location was great. Downtown and close to the port. However single glazed windows with AC window units made it feel like we were on the street with the noise levels. We did not get much sleep. The bathroom needs updating and beds are cheap and uncomfortable. Coffee maker was broken. Overall the photos on the website are not accurate as they do not show the window AC units and the room we were in was certainly not reflective of any of the photos online. The bathrooms in the photos had no discoloration and stains. It was not priced as a 2 star hotel/ hostel. I did message the hotel on this but got no reply.
