Hinton Lodge

Hinton Lodge

10/10 Excellent
"this was our first stay here and it will not be our last. everything was great, the rooms clean, the beds soft and comfortable, quiet, good breakfast, what more can you want. we have stayed at other hotels in Hinton as the hotels in Jasper want way too much money for very little. some higher priced hotels in Hinton are the same you pay a lot more and yet get very little. this is a great hotel. i would highly recommend. for food i wood recommend the buffet or salad bar at Fresson's grocery store. very fresh, very reasonable for those 2 things. it is nice to have quality food. do not miss the beaver boardwalk when in Hinton it is amazing and you might see beavers cloe up. back to the hotel, i would highly recommend it over any in Hinton and way more than accommodation in Jasper (which is only 40 minutes away). we went Cochrane (Wyndham) , Hinton rather than Banff and Jasper. it was a much better choice (especially the beaver boardwalk) of course we went and spent time in Jasper and Banff but as far as hotels these are very, very, good. the staff great."
