We stayed here for 2 nights at the start of our holiday to Turks. The room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom was spotless and the towels and toiletries were great. Fans and aircon kept the temperature down. We were very jetlagged and had been awake for about 23 hours so the loud music from the restaurant didn't stop us from sleeping on our first night. We checked out the rooftop pool which had some good sunbeds although no shade. The water was very clean. The only slight negatives were the safe didn't work initially but this was resolved and it would have been nice to have some bottled water in the fridge.
The staff was nice, the food and their night restaurant experience was super nice. We really didnt enjoy the area well as it is slightly secluded and does not feel safe after 8:30pm, we wanted to go on the walk after dinner but didnt feel safe around the hotel.
Our room was spacious but had a very weird stale smell as soon as you open it. It was clean but stinky maybe from being closed. The balcony was super dirty with dead bugs on the floor and dust all over so we couldn't even sit out in the balcony. the other thing i didnt like was NO ELEVATOR to go up onto the pool area. we had to walk 4 floors up with pregnant women just to enjoy the pool.
It was a nice hotel, I had one little issue with the room which got corrected almost immediately. The people were nice and the location was not too far from the beach. They also had the Island Fish Fry right next door. The restaurant had great food and drinks! It was a nice place abd cozy place to stay.
Itâs attached to the absolute bestttttt restaurant on the island, Mr Grouper. We stayed 5 days and ate there about 5 times, we loved it! The microwave in the room didnât work and thereâs room cleaning every other day. But otherwise great! Small and quaint.
For a budget room, it was perfect. Realizing I was saving thousands or maybe tens of thousands (compared to Seven Seas or Rotz), the facilities were perfect, pool was adequate, and everything was fine.
You have to pay a $300 holding fee (which you get back once your stay is over) once you arrive they donât tell you that when you book..You have to call several times to get fresh towels and rags .. The room was clean and spacious. The toilet kept clogging up everytime you flush the maintenance ppl out and fixed it..
The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We used the rooftop pool briefly. It was small but clean. About a ten minute walk to the beach. It was loud at several different times at night due to signing tourists, barking dogs, and loud car radios. Good for a brief stay.
The room and property was clean and well maintained, the service and check in was great. The employees were friendly and were responsive. The only things that I didnât like is that the fire alarm was broken, a bed leg was broken aswell. There were not enough toiletries specifically bathing soaps. The walls are thin aswell you might hear some noises but overall the experience was great. There is a event that happens every Thursday and is very noisy
