Positives: Great location only minutes from I-77. Older home but recently renovated and very clean. Very safe family neighborhood with walking trails and restaurants nearby. Easy parking with additional parking on the street. Plenty of room and beds for a large group to share. Negatives but not game changers: Only 1 shared bath downstairs. The upstairs second bath shower is open to the main room with only a screen for privacy. There is a high top table for dining with only 4 chairs available on the first floor for eating. No TVs in bedrooms. There was a gas grill in the backyard but it was extremely filthy.
