We never received any information prior to arriving at the hotel, so the first 15 minutes after a long trip was spent trying to check in via the QR code, only to find out you were supposed to have received information prior to arrival with building codes etc.
Luckily there was a WhatsApp number that replied quickly.
The room itself was very cozy and quite nice for a family of 4 (two younger kids). However, the bed was stiff as a board and we had to fold the pillows double to get any kind of neck support. If it was not for the discomfort of the beds, I would give the hotel a 5/5.
Very convenient with in room washing machine and the small kitchenette. Close to both Family Mart and 7/11, as well as the subway and a Parco department store.
Overall though, I would definitely stay again, but maybe bring my own pillow 😅
