Unfortunately, my stay did not meet the standard I expected for the price I paid.
One of the rooms had a broken mirror, which was not only disappointing but also a safety concern. Considering the high nightly rate, I was surprised that the damaged mirror had not even been secured with safety tape or repaired before guests arrived.
In addition, neither room was cleaned to a high standard. I found several long hairs, which made the rooms feel less hygienic than expected.
The check-in process was also very slow. I had to wait approximately 15 minutes at reception before I could check in, despite there being no obvious reason for the delay.
Although the hotel offered a small discount as compensation for these issues, I do not feel it was adequate given the high cost of the stay and the inconvenience caused by the broken mirror, the cleanliness issues, and the slow service.
I have stayed at Sky Tower previously and found it to be much better organised, with a higher standard of both accommodation and customer service. Based on this experience, I would choose to return there rather than stay at this hotel again.
For a hotel charging such premium rates, I expected excellent facilities, immaculate rooms, and professional service. Unfortunately, my experience fell well below those expectations.
