I would give it 5 out of 5, if not some moments… First of all, good things: really great location, close to everything. Newly renovated apartment, was clean (almost), AC works great, there’s a fridge and balcony. Not so good things: - the kettle was covered with white powder inside with pieces of lime. I had to thoroughly clean it before I could use it. The tea cup was dirty, so as the spoon, all covered with something sticky. Suggestions to the management to improve overall comfort: - Bathroom is huge, but completely empty. There’s nothing to put your clothes on before taking shower. You have to either completely undress in the room and go to shower, or put clothes in the bathroom on the sink or toilet. A chest, or even hanging rack is definitely needed. - The only hooks for towels are next to the door, and the shower is min 3 meters away. Putting hooks next to the sink and shower would make much more sense. - There’s no fixture on the wall for the shower head-very inconvenient to take a shower. A wall mounted shower caddy for shampoo and conditioner is needed as well-they are standing on the floor. Overall, it’s a good place, but small improvements and more thorough cleaning would make it even better
