When i arrived i had an issue, the place is not manned so you have to check-in using your phone, at the time my travel sim would not connect so was unable to use the QR code to access the building, it took me 3 phone calls to the help line to sort out with the help of a local passer by. Once in the hotels everything was ok apart from one night someone took my towel and as the place was unmanned was unable to have a towel for the rest of my stay as im not one for contacting people on my phone to sort things out and even so would not have had a new towel until a staff member came in to clean. The hostel was very clean and surprising everyone was very quite, probably the quitest hostel iver ever stayed in and ive stayed in a lot in many countries . The location is amazing it is in an ideal place to visit all the sites in Geneva, bus station is like 5 mins away, the lake side 5 mins away, food and drink and shops on your door step. Using all the public transport like the lake taxis you can get to most of the tourist place in a very short time. I did accidently look into another cubical as one cubical has a long full length certain, i thought this was a utility area as all the other areas have double stacked cubical with one been full length, the person in the cubical as they should contacted the owners to complain and i received an message saying i was seen by CCTV looking into the cubical. So safety is in place even if the place unmanned, but it would be safer if manned.
