Staff was helpful and accommodating. Rooms were cleanish, I travel for work so I bring my own cleaning supplies. Only downfall is you can hear everything around you in your room. Not very well insulated.

Rooms were nice and clean. But most of all the customer service was amazing. I had a problem with the heat and they immediately not only apologized but switched me to another room. This is a new hotel, if you are ever in town, I highly recommend.

This is a newer place so my room was very clean and nice. A "no frills" stay without breakfast (have coffee in lobby but out later after I left). Room does have a refrigerator, cook top, microwave and sink if you bring your own food. There seemed to be a mix of a few overnight stays and longer term residents as I walked the property—it is set up for extended stays. I did not make use of any amenities as just an overnight as traveling through for me.

The hotel looks brand new. However, because it has a kitchen (which mine didn’t worked) a lot of people were cooking and it had an unpleasant smell in the hallways. Even though, I saw the cleaning lady cleaning it, the people that stayed there are not very clean making it look like it was never cleaned. Other than that it was good for the rate.

Nice brand new hotel, large room, great location, great staff. The rooms could use plates, silverware, pots, pans etc. It got the ability to cook with a stove but nothing to cook with. No breakfast, only coffee and no ice machine.

This place is brand new but cheap. No carpet anywhere all doors locked have to have key for everything my TV was broken so made 3 trips down and they moved me. They have kitchens and ice boxes but bring ur own stuff! No ice machines in building, no curtains only blinds so the outside light shined in seemed like daytime. Had what seemed to be broken down cars in the parking lot and people looked down and out. Brand new but yet already headed for trouble cheap is nice but I guess got what I paid for

The facilities have just recently opened and they are very nice amenities for an extended stay. It is an exceptional value for the price. We would definitely return. Very convenient location in the Cleveland and Chattanooga areas. We had one small issue with the AC unit but that was soon resolved. They are working out the issues of a new facility. No complaints!!!

Small electric two burner stove top, microwave, full apprtment size fridge. :-( Room was too bright at night as window blind allowed light, microwave clock added excessive light :-( No carpet in rooms. I arrived at 10:30 pm and they would not let me check in. I called the hotel and the person hung up on me. The next morning, the staff was excellent and let me check in early. Be aware that there is no front desk staff overnight. Also no restaurant on site. The profile makes it seem like there is, but nothing on site or shared parking lot.

Booked a reservation through Hotels.com and got there the night of and they told me to cancel my booking…that they were already booked up. Not sure what was going on. I wished they would have contacted me before I drove all day to get there. I had to call Hotels.com to cancel the reservation with the hotel.

When making the reservation online it said that the checkin time was 2:00 PM. When I arrived at 2:00 PM they said checkin time was 3:00 PM and told me I would have to leave and come back at 3:00. I was also told if I needed anything after hours to call 500. I did so multiple times and no one answered. Finally, no one was at the front desk the next morning to check you out. The front desk attendants were very rude and no help at all. I would never stay here again.

This was a nice place at a very reasonable price. The manager that was on duty was very friendly and helpful! My only complaint is that the rooms could use some paper towels or additional toiletries. Those items are always appreciated when you’re only staying a day or two and don’t want to have to purchase them to get through. Other than that, I have no complaints and would definitely stay again! Again, I can’t say enough about the manager and how pleasant he was. His attitude and friendliness made the atmosphere very warm and welcoming. I sincerely hope the company recognizes his efforts and appreciates his contributions because it truly is rare to see nowadays, unfortunately! 😊
