AVOID. WARNING. DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE.
Avoid this booking. The room is not affiliated with the resort. There are no facilities or services. The way it is presented on Expedia is misleading. We did not have WiFi and the AC was broken. I had to beg to end my booking which they agreed to refund. I left at the time they asked me to the following day and then they stopped responding to me and to Expedia. So no refund. I was also communicating with four people on WhatsApp and even still couldn’t get what I needed. It was ridiculous.
Expedia did nothing as well despite being played. I ended up booking a more expensive resort (never again through Expedia) but got services, all inclusive and a team or staff interested in my experience and needs. Which is why I was booking a resort to begin with.
THIS IS NOT A RESORT. THIS IS A APARTMENT ON RESORT PROPERTY. YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THE BEACH BUT NO OTHER SERVICES. No water. Two big towels and one hand towel for two people. No food. The room is spacious but only white light. There is no safebox, and there was a bad smell.
If you want a mediocre Aparthotel with no services, a faulty AC, no WIFI, with white light, where you can cook and access the beach then it will be fine.
