Poor lady at checkin had grumpy, non listening man who had ?changed? Checkout, recheckin. She patiently helped him get things straightened out. A very nice waffle vendor, no breakfast now but boss thinking on it. Us checking into a non finished room quickly changed to a finished one and then patient policeman all while fielding a phone call. She was patient and kind to all. Property was a non refurbished ropeway inn we had stayed at once forever ago. Property had been iffy then, worse now. Bed like concrete, bedside stand very sticky. Could not wash off so put towel over it, black area noted in am, looked like mold, hall carpet veeery dirty and chairs not much better. Lady at checking son checked us out, also awesome. Strip hotel to bare everything, start over but keep desk staff, only bright spot. Noc non refundable or we would have left, wish we had. On map hotel on other side of airport, different pic.
