They cancelled my reservation. They somehow had me checking in a day earlier on Friday even though my email confirmation shows me checking in on Saturday. It’s one guy sitting in a hallway with a rolling chair and they told me they had no rooms available even though my reservation was for the next day. Didn’t offer to work something out or call anyone even though it was their fault. The parking is ridiculous. Over 100 units and space for maybe a 1/3 of that. I’d recommend just staying at a real hotel with an actual front counter that can take care of any issues.
