I didn't love my stay here. When I arrived, there was a pile of dirty laundry from the previous stay forgotten in the room. After being redirected, I spoke with a support agent on WhatsApp that kept asking unnecessary questions instead of just resolving the issue. Later in the day, it got quite warm and I realised the A/C wasn't working at all and had the same experience of generic questions from another agent.
It took a day for the cleaning crew to remove the laundry and bring a fan, which was already halfway into my stay. I then needed to use the lockers for my luggage but the instructions were buggy/unclear and I chose not to risk it given the non-committal support.
Overall an efficient place to stay as I wanted to be close to Meidling station for day trips, but would not stay here again.
