Highly recommend for a San Salvador trip. Great location lots of things nearby to see and plenty of great restaurants close to the hotel. Great breakfast, clean room, water pressure was low in the shower but otherwise great room. Staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful! Hotel is in a pedestrian only area so there was a short walk when our taxi dropped us from the airport but it was an easy walk. Also felt super safe in the area. Great experience staying here!

El centro histórico de San Salvador a dado un cambio de 180 grados. Tiene mucha historia, arquitectura Art Deco que siguen restaurando, un impresionante palacio nacional, y una mega biblioteca de otro mundo. Hospedarse en el centro es hoy en día la mejor opción, para conocer San Salvador. Es seguro y limpio. El hotel está ubicado estratégicamente para DESCUBRIR El Salvador y su valiente presidente Nayib Bukele, que es un ejemplo de que en América Latina puede cambiar paso a paso .

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. The restaurant upstairs is to die for. The fries and dumplings were my favorite. As well as the ceviche. I recommend this hotel to anyone!

The staff is amazing, the food quality and taste is quite good, and the rooms are comfy. My only negatives are the lack of a pool, which makes such a difference in El Salvador, and the fact that the parking is not direct attached to the hotel and a bit hard to get to because of traffic. That said, it's a great option. There is lots to do and see without needing to drive, so that's a huge plus. Overall, would absolutely recommend.

I paid for breakfast to be included. Breakfast was from 6:30 am to 9:30 am but when we came down a 8:30 am they just ran out of food. They told us to come down early to get some food. One morning we asked for OJ and told us they ran out it. Interesting concept, come early to eat.

Room is a good size and very clean. Staff was nice but there was little interaction unless you ask something. We came in on a rainy day and the hotel offered to assist with our luggage from the parking lot they partner with. We ended up being dropped off by our private driver right by the Library. The location is ideal for exploring and enjoying El Centro Histórico. It is easy to catch an uber to and from to explore other parts of El Salvador (uber picks up and drops off one block away from the hotel that would be the only downside, if you don’t like to walk). We hired drivers and booked tours on our own. It would have been nice if the hotel offered a discount code for these. Nice typical Salvadoreño Breakfast was included. Very nice.

Our flight was delayed and arrived later than expected to the hotel. Instructions email to my wife were that to call the concierge to get help with parking. We called and called no one answered the phone. Had trouble finding the parking, did not have access to elevators for the luggage, had to go up the stairs with luggage after parking. Parking is not close to hotel. When we arrived at front desk, the person there told us that they had sent the employees home early, but that the front desk was open. No apology or anything. We gave the ticket the parking attendant gave us to the front desk, next morning no one was available to walk with us to the parking spot to take care of the ticket as we were told they were going to do, manager said to us, if we could pay and they would later reimburse us. No problem, paid $13.00, In the afternoon when we return to the hotel we gave the manager the receipt, he told us we should have only paid $ 10, but attendant charged us $13, they did not have $13 in the register, could only reimburse $ 10, but later would give us the difference, never saw that person again. Breakfast was included with our stay, had to wait 45 minutes for the food to be served. Place is beautiful, but never again.
