Check in process was not stream line Didn’t get info in time security made me wait out side in heat instead of in lobby while we trouble shoot the booking This booking had a lot of limitations for an apartment style listing …. Guest needs to provide a lot of basic home essentials. Faucet kitchen sink broken..filter on faucet was brown guessing very expired filter. Found spiders in cabinets roach crawling along seem of freezer… unit smelled like mold water staining under sinks… I was in unit for two hours trouble shooting/talking with Expedia about conditions got 3/4 day refund which in my opinion wasn’t fair since I had unwanted guest (roaches )
