I lost my wallet and PRE-PAID the whole accommodation but the deposit was difficult to pay since no physical card with me so after 20 hours of traveling
This guy didn't even want to help me on the deposit or how can we do it? with a payment autorhization maybe? the POOREST customer service EVER and I've been ALL over the world.
Luckily the other hotels here in the USA all were accommodating so it's JUST your hotel - I'll put a bad review online on google and yelp and everywhere I can. I had to change hotels at 11pm at night again... after 20 hours on the plane!
