I’m giving this property 5 stars because it delivered exactly what it promised. This is a budget hotel, and it exceeded our expectations for that category. The room was comfortable, the location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. If you're expecting the amenities and luxury of an upscale hotel, this isn't that—and it doesn't claim to be. My rating reflects how well it met its own goals, not how it compares to high-end properties. For an affordable, well-located, comfortable place to stay, it was an excellent choice, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great bike friendly hotel

Great hotel close to everything and not noisy. Huge rooms, comfy beds and lifts big enough to two bicycles in with panniers! The staff were friendly and quick to check us in.

Excellent. Felt like a 5-star hotel. Excellent location for the city, train station & trams and sightseeing. Good breakfast. Nice sociable bar. Only negative - its needed more staff the front desk. I was delayed by a queue of guests checking in.

Flawless experience

I should just have known to go right down Ritterstrasse, then it wouldn't even be necessary to ask at the reception. The underground parking lot is with charging for EV's (would have been nice to know). Check-in was fast despite landing on top of what seemed to be a Chinese youth orchestra. Really nice rooms with excellent beds and pillows (for my taste). Yes, there are trams outside, but barely noticeable, we all slept wonderfully. The kids missed pancakes at breakfast, but there was applause for quality of the bacon and eggs combo.

Check-in was very fast. did say they do not clean the rooms every day. Distance from readway station, very good.Transport ok if going out and about using the railways , recommend downloading DB navigator but be cautious as sometimes. You may have to cancel a ticket on arriving from airport.\n My app did not work, so I add to cancel it Make sure you get a refundable ticket as this helped me.Because of the way the trains operate out germany, but I got to hand it to him. They were very quick. Only 1 day it took to refund my journey from the airport to my destination. I do recommend the app. As the missions are a nightmare to operate
