Hotel sucio en cuernavaca

Entramos y había un fuerte olor a cigarro en el lobby. El cuarto estaba sucio con cabellos en las almohadas y colcha y en lugar de ofrecer shampoo, jabón y crema limpio ponen botes a la mitad que han estado usando otros huéspedes. Shampoo grisi y crema lubriderm. Jamás había visto esto en un hotel. No nos ofrecieron nada cuando nos quejamos. No vale el precio que cobran. Valdrá 300 pesos dormir ahí.

Personal and Classy

Personal attention in a classy environment. Roberto and his team did all at their reach to accommodate our needs. Very nice rooms. All in the embracing Cuernavaca weather. You need to drive to go most everywhere, however, taxis are abundant and inexpensive. 5 to 15 minute rides. We brought our car so we used it sometimes and others we called a cab.

I spend there two nights and overall the hotel is on a quiet location but rooms needs to be improved. There are only 6 rooms at the hotel and from the room you can hear every one that goes in and out.

Avoid this hotel

we were over charged with ala carte items for a fixed price continental breakfast. Extra coffee added to the bill. Extra bread added to the bill. The waiter also added an obligatory 15% tax/tip for himself on the handwritten bill. Amazing for Mexico. during our brief 30 min breakfast someone entered our room before we had checked out and removed all soaps, water and towels from the room. we were shocked when we returned to see our room entered in this way. this is an unprofessional hotel. i will never stay here again.

Poezia hotel

Me parece un hotel bonito, pero pudiendo dar un mejor servicio, hacer la estadía más confortable ya que por ejemplo, el baño de la habitación no contaba con tina, el servicio del restaurante lo cortaban a las 18 hrs., los vehículos quedaban en la calle, aunque por la noche en teoría lo fueron a guardar?, no se donde, por la mañana ya lo tenían a la puerta, la alberca tenía el agua fría, y aclaro, el servicio, bueno, pero por el precio de la estadía, uno esperaría contar con las cosas arriba citadas. Aunado a lo anterior los comodities que el hotel brinda dejan mucho que desear.

El hotel está ubicado en una zona residencial muy agradable y tranquila. Desde que llegamos el personal del hotel se mostró muy servicial, siempre ofreciendo su ayuda para hacer más agradable nuestra estancia, tanto en el hotel como en la ciudad. Durante nuestra estadía, el staff del hotel nos comentó que lleva 5 años en operación, sin embargo por el estado de las habitaciones podríamos pensar que está recién inaugurado, ya que se encuentran en perfecto estado. La decoración de cada habitación es muy confortable y estilizada. El restaurante solo opera hasta las 6 de la tarde, pero la calidad de los alimentos es excepcional. El platillo estrella son las "Enchicharronadas", deliciosas. Los jugos son de primera y tienen algunos detalles, como la mermelada de guayaba, que le dan un toque gourmet y muy acogedor. El único aspecto al que no le doy una nota excelente, es que el ruido del pasillo puede escucharse al interior de las habitaciones. Sin que fuera absolutamente molesto, llegamos a escuchar la alarma del despertador de los huéspedes de otra habitación. Además cuenta con una alberca, jardín y algunas de las habitaciones tienen terraza propia.

Mexico Adventure

This hotel was beautiful, although a little bit of a distance from the town centre, only a 10 minute taxi ride. Staff were absolutely delightful and very obliging. Breakfast was amazing, the best we had whilst in Mexico!! Would certainly stay at this hotel again.

Sr Roberto and Sr Alfonso made my wife and I feel right at home. We really enjoyed their space and the food was excellent...my wife is Mexican so she is very serious about Mexican food....and Casa Poezia passed the test. I very much recommend this place to all.

Best stay in Cuernavaca ever

Casa Poezia is perfectly located in one of Cuernavaca's best neighborhoods. Even with regular traffic every major place is just a few minutes away. The hotel staff (and specially it's proprietor) made my stay the most comfortable one with great manners and continous attention to my needs. The hotel grounds and services are impeccable kept. It will be hard to find many hotels as comfortable and attractive than this one.

A little gem!

Three of us arrived at 9pm, exhausted by a long day's travel, to discover that our kind hosts had been anxiously watching the street for us for hours. After a warm greeting, they insisted on helping with the luggage and car. With relief, we entered the lovely garden and were shown to our elegant, well appointed rooms. Our friendly and very polite hosts valet parked our car, helped us set up a business luncheon for the next day, and offered to prepare coffee in the morning, free of charge, even though the hotel dining area was not in service on weekdays. The gardens are gorgeous, and a late night swim in the warm pool under the moon made me wish I had come with my husband for leisure rather than on business! My only other regret was that we had to move on to Mexico City after only one night at this little gem of a boutique hotel.

A cozy place to stay

Even though it's a very small hotel, it is a charming place far away from the busyness of the city. The service was excellent, the two persons there went out of themselves to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The only thing we regretted was not to have the ability to take our meals there because the restaurant opens only during the weekends. But hey, it's a good excuse to go back!
