It was not disclosed on Hotel.com that you were only a front for another reservation company. They made us go through significant hoops and followups to get pictures , selfies, and ID not only of my husband who was staying there but of me who wasn't going to be there. Allison the customer service person kind and professional; Jen the manager rude and disrespectful I stay at many self check in hotels with codes and VRBO alot. Have never had to do this . Please highlight on your web page when ever RedAwning is involved. I won't ever stay there
