Clean and quiet hotel. Location is ideal if you have a lot planned in San Juan. Uber is super accessible (all hours). Property is very pretty and easy to navigate. Bed was very conformable and the AC worked perfectly well.

We stayed 2 days prior to cruising out of PR. Cool hotel, nice and clean and super quiet. Staff were courteous as well. We arrived at night so not many places to find food that were close. Room was very spacious and comfortable. We definitely would stay again. The door keys deactivated each day which was a little inconvenient but other than that, we enjoyed it and would come back.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Oliver Hotel. I arrived early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised that my room was already ready for check-in. Everything was clean, well-kept, and beautiful. The location is fantastic, just a 15-minute walk to Old San Juan and the beach.

The room was just okay. No one man’s the front desk. When someone was there they were great. No hair dryer in the room how to ask for one from the front desk and to get extra towels. No trash can or tissues. The bed and pillows were very good. Over all just an okay place.

Definitely a different experience to not have a ton of amenities or staff on site at all times as they manage multiple properties. That being said, they were always a quick text or phone call away and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location and very clean room. I would definitely recommend this spot for the next traveler looking for a great (and walkable) place to stay near Old San Juan and/or Condado.

When we checked in we had to call to get someone to check us in. They were prompt to arrive. During our stay there was never anyone at the front desk and all communication had to be online. One of the features advertised was a restaurant and was one of our deciding factors when booking but was never open during our stay. Even when we asked for a restaurant recommendation they referred us to the closed restaurant. This should be removed from their offerings. A room refresh is only available upon request.

It was actually a really good stay. They are doing renovations it appears but they offer a complimentary beer and are very attentive. I like the security of the place. You get a PIN code to access the hotel which made me feel comfortable since I was traveling alone. I would definitely stay there again. It’s close to everything which I loved. Definitely recommend it!
