Ich möchte mich herzlich beim gesamten Team von Pyramids On The Spot bedanken, das meinen Aufenthalt so wunderbar gemacht hat. Vom ersten Moment an habe ich die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit aller gespürt. Das Hotel ist neu, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortabel, und alles war perfekt eingerichtet. Das Personal war stets freundlich, stets hilfsbereit und stets hilfsbereit. Ein besonderer Dank gilt auch für die Organisation der Touren – alles war perfekt organisiert und hat meinen Besuch der Pyramiden zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Vielen Dank für den exzellenten Service, die herzliche Atmosphäre und die tollen Erinnerungen. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, der Kairo und die Pyramiden besucht!

Staff were very helpful. The hotel arranged airport transfer was waiting for us as we exited the airport, could not have been easier. Check-in was efficient and our room was clean. Roof terrace overlooks the Giza Pyramids. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. We were a party of 9 but they handled it with ease.

Excellent breakfast with traditional Egyptian food. Incredible view of pyramids and Sphinx from the terrace. Room and all areas of hotel very clean. All staff polite, professional and friendly. Mahmoud will go the extra mile to ensure his guests are happy. Rooms are as they appear in online photos.

I absolutely loved the location of this stay! The proximity to the pyramids was amazing and made for incredible views from the rooftops. I loved being in walking distance to local restaurants & shops too! The hotel manager, Heba, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay! Not just at the hotel, but as a local guide who took us on great tours. She was huge in contributing to this being such a memorable stay! I felt safe & cared for with the hotel staff helping us with transportation and local recommendations. This was a wonderful introduction to Giza & I cannot wait to return! Definitely a good value for the price.

This property has an amazing location with a rooftop restaurant that has a nice view of the pyramids. The manager Heba was exceptional in helping us book our excursions and arrange transportation for us. She is a liscensed guide and assited us on several tours, we absolutely enjoyed our tours with her and hope to do more in the future. This is an exceptional value for the location, and their are restaurants and shopping all within a 5 min walk.

Our stay at Pyramids On The Spot was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is very clean, with modern, comfortable rooms and everything you need for a relaxing stay. The service was excellent from start to finish everyone was so kind, helpful, and professional. A special thank you to Hossam for his amazing hospitality and care. He made us feel completely welcome and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The tours arranged by the hotel were also fantastic well organized, informative, and perfectly timed. The rooftop view of the pyramids was breathtaking, especially at sunset. We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend Pyramids On The Spot to anyone visiting Egypt!

I had an amazing experience staying at Pyramids On The Spot! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are modern, spacious, and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view of the pyramids is unbelievable you can literally see them from the rooftop while enjoying breakfast or tea. The hotel also offers fantastic tours and travel services; everything was perfectly organized, with professional guides and comfortable transportation. They helped us see the best of Cairo and Giza without any stress. The service overall was excellent every detail was taken care of with care and a smile. It’s clear that the team truly loves what they do. If you want a clean, friendly, and perfectly located hotel near the pyramids, Pyramids On The Spot is the best choice. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

I had a wonderful stay at Pyramids On The Spot. The hotel is new, modern, and very clean, which made my stay very comfortable. The whole team was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional they really made me feel at home. The tours offered were excellent, well-organized, and gave me an amazing experience around the Pyramids area. Everything was handled smoothly, and I truly appreciated the effort of the staff. ピラミッドの入場門に近く、屋上のレストランからピラミッドが一望でき、非常に良いロケーション。部屋は清潔で明るいが狭く、荷解きするのも大変。朝食は美味しい。一つ問題を挙げると、ホテルの前の道がラクダや馬の朝の待機場所になっており、その排泄物が道に落ちており清掃されていないため、臭いが気になった。また、乾燥した"ソレ"が風がふくとまっている。

Rooms are really small. No safety deposit boxes in the rooms. However, We like how most of the staff interact with us. They are polite. Having said that, there are a few incidents where they failed to keep their commitments/promises to us. A couple of examples; we purchased all our tours with them. One of our tours is ac3 hour travel to the city of Alexandria. They promise us a van since there is 6 of us. But to our disappointment, they gave us a small SUV which made our travel very uncomfortable as 6 people a driver and a tour guide cramp inside this small vehicle. Secondly, they promise to prepare our packed breakfast to bring with us to the airport since we are leaving early. Instead, no one prepared our breakfast. The night before they promise to include in our packed breakfast. boiled egg, laughing cow cheese, bread with cheese, strawberry jams, etc. and a hot coffee before we leave. But it’s just an empty promise. They send us an apology through email and what’s up. But we know that they don’t meant it.

This was a great location had a rooftop bar right in front of the sphinx and the three pyramids. The staff was very helpful and kind would definitely recommend this hotel.

Mahmoud and the staff were very accommodating. The facilities were clean and in good order. The room was comfortable and the shower was wonderful. The area around the hotel is somewhat complicated, so it was difficult to find the entrance to the property at first attempt. I would recommend this hotel for another stay.
