the airco worked fine. The kitchen was ok. Very friendly owner. Bathroom sink was leaking. The apartment was not one level but had height diffrences, so you had to watch out. No bed reading lights. Adequate for the price (US). Clear explanation of entrance door electronic system, you can arrive with no problem late at night or whatever am in the morning.

Great value! This boutique hotel is located near multiple restaurants and walking distance from the beach. The owner, Patrick, is extremely friendly and happy to give recommendations. Hotel could use a little bit of improvements and the rooms are very small, but it’s still a great value for the price. The neighborhood is pretty noisy, but that’s outside of our control.

I really enjoyed my stay there. I liked the lounge chairs right outside my door. It was like having a little patio as an extension of my room. It was nice to be able to borrow their beach umbrella, towels, chairs, and sunscreen. They also had mosquito repellent available! In the mini fridge, free water and beer upon check in was a nice surprise!

Flew in late afternoon and spent the night here with my wife before renting a car the next day to go surfing on the other coast. Comfortable room, near some hopping food and bars, near the beach and some decent coffee spots. The police roll by every hour with their lights on (on Fridays nights at least) which is kind of annoying if you're a light sleeper. Room is cozy and air con works wonderfully. Wife didn't like the bed. Would definitely stop by again for the price.

There is no lights in the main room or the bathroom no hot water when I called to inform them we had no lights or hot water. They said they’d take care of it and they didn’t even do nothing the two days we were there. The noise from the outside street you could barely sleep and the constant dripping from a downspout right by our room. That’s all we heard all night long.

Close to the Airport, Cruise Lines and most important a short walk to the beach. A couple of restaurants within walking distance that were Good and reasonably priced..., rooms were clean but big enough for only 2 people.

The room I got had a queen/full bed. Sheets and duvet/comforter stained all over. The bathroom had no ventilation either, so after a shower the bathroom and room were so humid, it was hard to breathe. We had to leave the window open, but that didn’t help much either. The bathroom was also not the cleanest. The shower curtain had pink and black mold lining it. There was mold on the walls (again, probably due to the lack of ventilation). Also there are no racks in the bathroom to put any toiletries. The sink was installed in a weird corner of the "counter", so the faucet knob couldn't turn fully a certain way. The management was also hard to reach. After booking my appointment through Expedia, I got a text from the management providing with me with information about my stay, where my room is, etc.. I was told to text or call anytime if I had any issues. I messaged about the stain on the bedding and received no answer. I followed up the next day...no answer. When I needed to check out a day earlier, I messaged the management...no answer. I called multiple times at different times of the day....no answer. If you book at this location through Expedia, I highly suggest you only use Expedia as the primary form of communication. What I did appreciate during this stay are: The convenient location. You are close to a bunch of restaurants, a small beach, the SJU airport, etc. The shared kitchen space. You had access to beach towels and other beach items.

Angel was more than accommodating and it was a perfect location from everything. If you’re here to enjoy your stay and not spend most of it inside your hotel, this is the perfect place to come back to rest for another day outside in Puerto Rico!

The pin code for the front doors and doors of the room worked well. The person communicating to us was nice and spoke good English. The location is great, close to the beach, shops, and breakfast spots, plus police is patrolling day and night. It is a good value for money. Every room has a small window, toiletries, a few hangers, AC. In the common area they have some kitchen equipment and suncreams for common use. Maybe things to keep in mind, since people have different tastes. The bed is short, not more than 180cm and on the harder side. There's not much isolation - the street is not a problem, but if other guests decide to have evening conversations in the garden - everyone hears every word. There's a cute white cat in the garden who welcomed us - maybe not that down for people who are allergic.

All in all a good experience, the room was nice and tidy. Not super practical in terms of furnishing, is lacking a shelve in the bathroom and nothing for the clothes except a few hangers, suitcase stays on the floor. No contact with the owners, which is a bit sad, makes the experience very transactional. Would recommend the place for a short stay.
