Refundable deposits

• Breakage deposit: EUR 200 per stay

Mandatory fees

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 30 April, EUR 2.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 May - 31 October, EUR 3.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.

Optional extras

• Late check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight can be arranged for an extra charge of EUR 50

Children & extra beds

• Cribs/infant beds are available for EUR 5 per day
• Rollaway beds are available for EUR 25 per night
• High chairs are available for an extra charge of EUR 5 per day
• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport

Pets

• Service animals exempt from fees
• Pets are allowed for an extra charge of EUR 50 per pet, per stay

Pool, spa, & gym (if applicable)

• The seasonal pool is open from March 28 to October 31
