We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was great overall. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they could communicate in English, which was a big advantage in Armenia, where it's often difficult to find people who speak English. They also accommodated our early check-in request, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward.
The location was another highlight. Yerevan's main attractions were within walking distance, and there was 24/7 supermarket nearby, which made our stay even more convenient.
The only downside was that, according to the Hotels.com listing, we expected to get one large apartment with two bedrooms. In reality, we were given two separate, smaller apartments next to each other. Since they were adjacent, it worked perfectly fine for us, so I don't think it's a reason to give the hotel a lower rating. However, I do think this should be described more clearly on Hotels.com, as it may be important for some families or groups to stay together in a single apartment.
