Happy Homes, Happy Stay!

Hotel Staff are easy to talk with, the ambience was fantastic.. the room has balcony and french doors, can open anytime and the surrounding street is clean and quiet. has nearby coffee shop that we can sit and relax.. The Bathroom has nice hot shower also, having a huge bathtub to sit and clean yourself. all working well and having a mini-ref, electric kettle and electric fan too although the air conditioning is enough and cold already.. The basement is a parking space for motorcycle so you have to climb up a stair to the lobby but it will be easy coz a bellman will assist you.. The elevator is tight but not a problem coz functioning well.. our stuff were secured well inside our room, having card key for easy access.. the couch is my favorite coz can sit both with good arm chair to rest and relax our feet. All in all, was so happy with our stay in Ho Chi Minh coz only few minutes walk to major shopping area and parks. Will be back again soon

I am so UNHAPPY with this service. They cancelled our booking the day we landed from london to Ho Chi Minh due to the air con not working even though they had other rooms available on their site. Customer service was also so bad and not responsive and we had no place to go when we landed due to the poor communication even though we booked this over 6 months ago. We had to pay almost double the price for another hotel on the day. Iā€™m honestly appalled with this service and donā€™t recommend this place to stay for anyone. And the receptionist had no manners at all when we went to the hotel demanding a refund. The guy was picking his nose whilst he was speaking to us and it was disgusting. Not even joking he was doing it for like 5 minutes straight. It was disgusting - I donā€™t recommend this place at all.

Ɖnorme volĆ©e de marches trĆØs raides pour arriver Ć  la rĆ©ception. Accueille aussi dĆ©sagrĆ©able quā€™incompĆ©tent . Jā€™ai rĆ©servĆ© deux chambres. Photocopie des passeports et photo de ceux ci! Check in Ć  14h ā€¦. Ok nous revenons Ć  13h57 VƉRIDIQUE ! Vous devez attendre 14h sinon je vous fais pais un jour supplĆ©mentaire ! Jā€™obtiens ma clĆ©, par contre il nā€™y a pas dā€™autre chambre rĆ©servĆ©e et lā€™hĆ“tel est plein . Je montre ma rĆ©servation, jā€™appelle le centre dā€™aide . Rien nā€™y fait ! Cela dure jusquā€™Ć  ce que je demande sā€™il y a une reservation au nom figurant sur lā€™autre passeport. Oui!
