Be very careful with the extra charges here. They require a 30€ cash fee if you check in after 20:00. For the
deposit, you’re asked to use a third-party app that adds an extra 3.5€ fee. I asked for these charges to be included in my invoice during the check-in and followed up three more times over the next two weeks after leaving, but never received a reply.
Communication is also poor. They insist on using WhatsApp only instead of the official booking platform (Hotels.com in my case). After checkout, they stopped replying altogether. They answered the phone once, only to tell me to send a message on WhatsApp, but I have received no reply.
The property itself consists of several room apartments on the same floor. Unfortunately, the noise isolation is very poor, you can hear everyone entering or walking through the hallway.
