Staff were very helpful when I had a question at check in. Pod was clean and you can tell they are trying to keep the dorms cool during the heat wave. The only thing….I paid extra to stay in the female only dorm, but there were male cleaning staff in the bathroom in the middle of the night, kind of defeats the purpose and especially that late at night!

if you go to this capsule hotel, you must bring 1. slipper 2. toothbrush 3. your own face towel and normal towel 4. padlock 5. hairdryer (if possible) , as it might have lend by other people at the time you most need it -------- overall quite clean and tidy, shower is good, and quiet to sleep thanks to my neighbours.

You pay for what you get. For £50 a night, in the centre of the West End, this is perfect for a one night stay. The cocoon itself was dusty, and the sheets were stained, which were quickly resolved by the team changing the sheets upon request. My only major problem was despite paying £20 for late checkout, and their Whatsapp team confirming this was on my booking, I was rudely awoken by housekeeping forcing entry to my cocoon at 10:20am. I would not recommend purchasing late checkout as you won't get to make the most of it anyway!

Overall, my stay was average. The location is excellent, with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, bars, and nightlife. However, the air conditioning in the capsules was very poor. It became uncomfortably warm, making it difficult to stay inside for long periods without sweating. At night, the capsules were also extremely noisy, and you could hear even the smallest movements from guests in the surrounding capsules, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. There was very little interaction with the staff, apart from when entering the hotel. One thing to be aware of is that the surrounding area is very busy and appears to attract pickpockets, so keep a close eye on your belongings.

I have already written to you but suffice to say the communication - with me trying to phone the hotel (as directed when I tried calling the head office) over 20 times and emailing you with no reply really let you down - when I got the hotel (I am partially disabled) I couldn't get into the cubicle so I had to check out and find another hotel. if only I could have spoken to someone none of this would have been a problem. So my advice is simple - have a better system to enable people to communicate with the hotel.
