The hotel is great but a bit too far from everything. There’s a mall right across from the hotel but in the other side of the river with no bridges close by. So it is a 25 minute walk there. The hotel itself has a restaurant with very limited food choices (basically just microwaved pizza). It is a 30-50 Euro uber ride to Paris city Center. The hotel is a great value though with very friendly staff.

Nice hotel located next to the Seine river in the north part of Paris. The bus stop was close by and the bus and Metro take you to the downtown area. friendly staff, but I did have a few items that went missing, but this is not the hotel’s fault.

This is a new build hotel so it was absolutely clean but you could still smell the new wood and walls so might be something to refresh found amazing deal via hotels.com for this accomodation in Paris it is location in the new area that is developing so good to explore around and safe, apart from the commute to and from the hotel that is limited could not ask much the service was amazing, friendly staff due to the length of stay already made friends with staff there easy to communicate and got what we asked (like drink glasses, ice, extra coffee), slightly confused with the eco friendly options they have might be good to re think (paper cups, extra towels, air condition) my only issue was the air conditioning in the room that is not that functional and could not figure out but wide windows for ventilation safe and highly recommend

I’m genuinely disappointed with my stay. We had booked 3 rooms for our stay.While the facilities were good, the main issue was the dishonesty of the staff. I was overcharged by 4€ for bottled water. When I raised the issue, it was dismissed without any real explanation or effort to resolve it. It’s not about the small amount, it’s the principle. I expect honesty and transparency from hotel staff, and unfortunately, that was lacking here. I won’t be returning.

The property was close to Stade de France and that was my main reason for a visit to France. I enjoyed the facilities and felt the room was large for Paris standards. The shower had great pressure and the room was able to maintain a comfortable cool temperature. I visited during the week of its opening so the restaurant was not open yet. I was told mid August. Bolt was easy to use to get back to the room from Stade de France but I would recommend uber from getting back from Paris and be prepared for a long wait depending on time of day. All in all check in was seamless. There is a $50 per day incidental fee that was returned promptly after check out. The place does have an elevator which was welcomed as many places do not in Europe. No ice machine but was able to get a glass of ice from bar area. I felt safe as a solo traveler and you did need a key to get to different levels on elevator.

E aqui faço questão de destacar, com todo reconhecimento possível, as colaboradoras Kaina e Maiva, verdadeiras joias deste hotel. O nível de atendimento delas vai muito além do esperado: são extremamente educadas, atenciosas, pacientes, delicadas e, acima de tudo, genuínas. Não é apenas profissionalismo, é vocação. Elas antecipam necessidades, tratam cada hóspede com um cuidado único e conseguem transformar algo que já seria ótimo em algo simplesmente memorável. É raro encontrar pessoas tão comprometidas em encantar. Sem exagero: foram fundamentais para que minha experiência fosse perfeita. Como sugestão de melhoria, acredito que a implementação de uma lavanderia inteligente agregaria ainda mais valor, principalmente para hóspedes em estadias mais longas. Um ponto a considerar (e que não depende do hotel) é a distância até a estação de metrô mais próxima, exigindo uma caminhada de cerca de 15 a 20 minutos. Além disso, aplicativos como Uber e Bolt são caros na cidade.
