New, fairly small hotel, run more like a hotel apartment (one member of staff is generally around from 9am to 9pm, after that the hotel door is locked and can be unlocked with a code). Breakfast is not offered on site, but a modest breakfast is offered a couple of blocks away, if from quite late (7.30 am), so it won’t suit people who have booked excursions, trains or flights and must leave early. Rooms are modern, if the design / look has been given more relevance than making them practical, so quite a few aspects do not really work. The corner rooms with a small coffee table and chair, and windows all along were atrociously hot, so I had to insist being moved, as the air con was not strong enough and you couldn’t breathe in the room - quite literally. After pushing quite hard, and decling to pay extra for the different room, I was moved anyway. Staff are all quite young and polite. Hotel is near Namba station and convenient particularly for the Kintetsu line and the subway.

This hotel was fantastic for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids). The hotel is new and felt new, fresh and clean. The beds were super comfortable, our room had a sauna, bath, big shower. It was nice we could log into Netflix and in terms of location it was perfect being close to Namba station, Dontonbori and a load of shops. Highly recommend the CINQ Hotel

Amazing hotel to stay in, in Osaka. Great location and the hotel has everything you need. The rooms are a great size. I wished I had spent my first 2 nights here. The only thing that let it down, is that there wasn’t any staff for our late check-in at 22:30. They give you a code to use in the panel of the door to get in to the actual reception, if no one is there. But ours wasn’t working, and if it wasn’t for other guests leaving or going in, I don’t know what we would have done. As we’re traveling and on travel Esims, I couldn’t call anyone. And would have had to wait for a reply by messaging. Other than that, the perfect hotel.

New hotel in a great location. All beautifully decorated and modern. Comfortable beds but could not sleep as the rooms have office-style wooden blinds and let in a huge amount of light. Furthermore, service is non-existent, including nobody cleaning our room throughout the stay.

I did a three night stay at this hotel. On the first day I arrived in the morning at 0830hrs to store my luggage prior to check-in, a service they said they had. There was a “be right back” sign on the desk with hours sited as 8am to 11pm. So I waited around wasting time. I decided to leave. When I returned I saw written paper over the hours showing a 9 am start time. So that “be right back” sign was a lie since their hours completely changed Secondly, the door bits to enter the room started falling off at first entry, we were scared thinking that since the door bits were fragile it would be easy for break-ins. Thirdly, you cannot turn on the bathroom vanity light without turning on all the lights including those in the bedroom which would wake up my guest. Lastly the staff did not show us how to open the door or give us the wifi password. Just an overall terrible experience

la struttura è nuova e situata veramente vicinissima a Dontobori ma ha una delle metro più scomode in città quindi ve la sconsiglierei proprio come zona. Nonostante sia una struttura nuova la moquette delle nostra camera era tutta a macchie e il servizio di pulizie non è giornaliero ( ve lo dicono in fase di check in) ma ti lasciano solamente gli asciugamani fuori dalla porta .. quanto meno sarebbe carino entrassero a dare una controllata generale. In reception sono presenti carta igienica di scorta, spazzolini ecc... un vero fai da te anche il check in va effettuato dai tablet però c'è un operatore che vi può aiutare. Arriviamo alla nota più dolente... la colazione è presso una struttura convenzionata che non si trova esattamente a 2min a piedi.. il servizio non è un granchè credo di aver mangiato la peggiore frutta di tutto il nostro viaggio e mancano secondo me alcune cose che in una colazione dovrebbero essere presenti c'è molto più salato. In generale la struttura è nuova ma ha necessità di alcune modifiche per migliorare la qualità della permanenza dell'ospite

Rigtigt godt hotel med god beliggenhed og man kan se det er nyt. Praktisk med self check-in og generelt fint. Morgenmaden er 3 min fra hotellet, begrænset men fint udvalg. Værelset er godt og badeværelset stort og flot. Eneste forbedring er, at glasset mellem opholdsværelset og badeværelset er af glas, som dog kan matteres, men om aftenen når voksne skal på badeværelset, så skinner lyset kraftigt igennem og det vækkede vores børn, så vi brugte lommelygte, men lidt svært når man skal i bad. Personalet var super gode, så vi vil anbefale stedet.

住宿地點非常喜歡，周邊非常便利，有好多的百貨公司，離跑跑人非常近大約走路10幾分鐘。覺得帶小孩很便利，四人房的房間以市區來說算大了！飯店的設計跟份圍也非常喜歡，小孩每天出房門都說走道有一種甜甜的糖果香味。早餐需要走到隔壁條街不遠處的西式早餐，也很不錯。
