Great location in a more upscale and trendy area of central Lisbon. Close to metro, close to Rossio station, close to trams. Good restaurants right outside. Hotel is very clean and updated. Twice a day room cleaning. Rooftop bar is awesome. Would highly recommend.

An excellent boutique hotel in an awesome location. Rooms are spacious, perfectly clean and well appointed with fantastic modern bathrooms. Service was very good helped me with checkout at 4 am, got me a taxi (Uber failed me). The rooftop has amazing views of Lisbon and their main restaurant was surprisingly superb considering how many resto options you have in the area.

Exceptional experience! We were offered an upgrade and drinks for our wedding anniversary. Super attentive at all levels. The entire team impressed and were always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel as it’s very new and rooms plus fitness center are too notch. Plus the location is perfect and close to the next restaurants and sights.

First time in Lisbon and I am so grateful we chose to stay at Lisbon Chiado Hotel and Spa. The property was perfect from the room, location, and amenities. The staff were so incredibly accommodating! It was my wifes birthday and i requested the staff to get some flowers for her and they definitely over delivered! Thank you for making our stay perfect and a never forget experience! The hotel has the most beautiful rooftop terrace with amazing views of Lisbon. We had planned for some viewpoints but skipped them all since we only had to take an elevator ride up to have the best views! So many restaurants and shopping were walking distance to it and if we ever come back to Lisbon, we are 100% staying here again!

We loved the hotel, it was so welcoming the staff were all friendly and willing to help the breakfast was very good lots of choice. It was very clean and the room was big and airy. The spa was a lovely bonus and the pool was really nice yo use after a day of walking. The hotel is also very central to everything easy walking distance to most things, don't forget to wear flat shoes due to the cobbles and steep hills . Definitely recommend

The hotel was opened in November 2025 so everything was like I am the first person to use. Everything is top notch. It is perfectly located to see everything in Lisbon. The only time we took Uber was to go to the Marina to take a sunset cruise
