Excellent hotel, perfect location to go to the arena across the river. With a costa cafe in the hotel, which is very convenient. The receptionist was very helpful and nice to talk to. The room had a lovely view, and the premium amenities of the room are totally worth it. Loved staying here :)

More towels in the room would be better. A brush to ckean the toilet inside should be useful and convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, room was most comfortable and staff, for the most part were extremely helpful and friendly (only exception was in the breakfast restaurant). We would be happy to stay there again but the location didn't seem to be very central to attractions.

Very conveniently located; room was comfortable and well kept. The staff was very attentive and very caring. Breakfast buffet was good; hotel itself was a little dated but very functional.

Amazing stay!!! First, front desk Denise is a QUEEN. She gave me so many helpful tips knowing it's my first time in Scotland (and I took her up on it, the Riverside Museum was fantastic!), and she even gave me a bunch of Scottish goodies. I was INCREDIBLY touched. What an amazing staff you have. Please give her a raise and a promotion and a bonus. The rooms are fantastic too. Nice and roomy with everything I need. Also a bonus to have a Costa Coffee right downstairs. Although it's no city center, it's a quick bus ride to the center and I can easily walk to the University, so it's a fantastic location! Thank you so much!

Location is great. Could have a quiet walk along the river. LIDL grocery store, McDonald and Big Lick’s restaurant and a subway station is within 10 minutes walking distance. Room clean is done very well. Hope WiFi could be faster and there could be fitness facilities.

Staff only do the minimum if you ask for cleaning: Change the towels and take our trash. But that is it. Though sometimes they make up the bed.

6/10 – Goed

The hotel has a tired look and not well cleaned. This is evident in the elevators, the hallways and the room. The bathrooms were clean but there was pizza cheese stuck to the carpet where you put your feet down beside the bed. The furniture in the lounge and restaurant shows signs of heavy use. The meals were jut ok but the staff were cheerful and helpful.

The self checkin machine doesn’t work if you book from third party booking sites.
