10/10 Exceptional

The room had one set of towels and no hand towels. It was hard to get extras for 2 people. Carpet was used and found random pills on the carpet from a previous user. Overall we enjoyed our stay. the location to the trains was great. Soho, museums, & Chinatown was a short walk away. This was a very convenient location plus the 24hr bar was a plus.

Breakfast buffet was delicious with a lot of choices. Only 1 of the 3 elevators were working during our 2 night stay. Great location!

4/10 Fair

The check in process was supposed to be automated. There were four kiosks (3 were functional). There were multiple groups trying to check in at the same time and almost all failed. The only staff nearby were two bartenders. One, after serving patrons some water, helped us check in. After this fiasco, the room was comfortable and the location of the hotel was good (easy walk to the train station). If the check-in was less traumatic, then they would have received at least four stars.

Super convenient for St Pancras. Lots of restaurant options in the area. 20 mins to Buckingham Palace and the front desk staff were excellent. The luggage storage is amazing! We stayed in a family room for 4, lots of space to stay the night. We will stay again!
