I had a really nice stay at this hotel in Agadir. The place is super clean, the rooms are comfy, and the staff are honestly some of the nicest people. I always felt welcome. The location is perfect too, really close to the beach and plenty of places to eat.
Breakfast was good with lots of choices, and the pool area was a great spot to chill and enjoy the sun. Overall, it was an easy, stress-free stay, and I’d definitely come back again. Totally recommend it!

The rooms were nice and cleaned daily. The staff always ready to help. Everyone was really nice and friendly. The Hammam massage was brilliant at the spa. Don’t get to see the gym as there were building works taking place. The outdoor lounge and pool area was nice to chill and order food and drinks. Only thing I needed was more of a breakfast selection

The hotel grounds were well kept, with plenty amenities. Staff were friendly and professional. We did not eat there so can’t comment on the food. Where it fell down for us was the room. It was big, spacious and had the potential to be 5 star. Unfortunately it was cold and damp with mildew on the ceiling. No aircon or heating. The toilet was leaking and the tiled floor throughout made it very cold. We could hear our neighbours talking and closing doors like they were in our room! And we were backed with the car park to some noisy cars and people coming home late at night.
It does not compare to the pictures online and fell short of our expectations for a 5 star hotel stay to celebrate a birthday.

We were practically ignored at check inn. No welcome drink, no information passed about the facilities. Bags searched by security upon entering hotel. Security marched me to reception and spoke to 3 staff members in local language making me feel like a criminal for bringing a bottle of coke into the hotel. Every time i tried to order something from room service ie 20 pound bottle of wine, the phone would ring 10 mins later saying out of stock but we can have the 40 pound bottle instead. Signs outside hotel telling you you are not allowed to bring any food or alcohol back to your room. This was not advertised anywhere on Hotel.com website or if it was i would never have booked. I will never use Hotels.com again and will book through a travel agent in future.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel. One of the biggest highlights is its amazing location, the beach is just a very short walk away, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the sea whenever you feel like it. Whether it was early morning strolls, relaxing afternoons on the sand, or peaceful sunset walks, having the beach so close made the whole trip feel extra special.
The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. My room was cozy and thoughtfully arranged, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or anything else I needed. Their friendliness added a personal touch that made the experience even better.
I also loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was. Even though everything is conveniently nearby, the hotel still feels quiet and relaxing, the perfect environment to unwind after a day of exploring or enjoying the beach.
Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Being so close to the beach truly enhances the stay, and I would happily return again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable coastal getaway

We stayed in November 2025 so most definitely not during the peak season.
Upon check in we had to wait nearly an hour as our reservation was ‘not on the hotel system’
I booked a balcony room with view of the court yard and was ‘upgraded’ to what felt like an inferior ground floor room with the car park right outside.
This didn’t feel right for price paid and sounded like they had over booked.
I was disappointed that the indoor pool and gym was closed without communication before our arrival as the gym was a pushing factor to book.
Catering was in my opinion very expensive for the quality and very limited for vegetarians. I was unimpressed to be charged 30 dirham for a coffee in a ‘5 star hotel’ whilst having dinner.
The room was comfyand well maintained by the house keeping crew who were lovely. I requested a king size bed and instead had two singles pushed together which had a tendency to drift apart as the beds were on wheels.
The shower lacked any ventilation or window so the whole room was damp and musty.
Big shout out to the pool guy who ensured guests by the pool were looked after and kept the area tidy. Plus the door staff who were friendly and greeted you everytime.
The games room was a nice touch with a full size snooker table.
The location was excellent with an easy 5 minute walk to the sea front with bars and amenities to enjoy.
Be forewarned, there are two night clubs located in the hotel but thankfully they were not open during our stay.

Room was lovely and clean only one small thing no towels in room had to request some at reception which arrived straight away. Buffet dinner was not very good, most food was cold and hardly any choice we did complain about it but because I signed they were not going to not charge me, but after a lot of negotiation they gave us 50% discount

Le rapport qualité prix est excellent.
La personne en charge de notre chambre a été tout simplement remarquable : efficacité, professionnalisme et un niveau de propreté irréprochable. Une prestation rare et particulièrement appréciée.
L’ensemble du personnel s’est montré accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour échanger. Rien à redire, uniquement du positif pour des vacanciers en quête de sérénité.
Le service de parking est également un vrai plus, très pratique.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’ambiance générale de l’établissement : chaleureuse, simple et sans superflu, exactement ce que nous recherchons pour nos moments de détente.
Le petit déjeuner est satisfaisant et agréable.
Enfin, notre chambre avec terrasse donnant sur la piscine, ainsi que le petit espace attenant, était tout simplement parfait.
Continuez ainsi, c’est une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié c'est la gentillesse du personnel qui a toujours cherché à nous aider. Les espaces extérieurs sont jolis avec un air traditionnel mais moderne, les chambres sont très grandes (on avait une suite avec jacuzzi). Pour nous la petite déception était qu'il n'y avait pas d'espace salon séparé par la porte, tout est dans le même grand espace mais, à côté il y a un grand dressing et surtout une somptueuse salle de bain avec un grand jacuzzi qui a carrément fait office de piscine pour notre bébé de 2 ans. La piscine est praticable en hiver si vous n'êtes pas très frileux, on aurait été ravi si la piscine intérieure du spa était ouvert. C'était top avec les enfants car, en plus de la piscine et du jacuzzi, il y a une salle de jeux très bien équipée pour grimper, faire du toboggan, etc, quelques jeux de type air hockey, billiard, basket, et tout simplement le fait de jouer dans l'herbe devant la terrasse de la chambre. Et un café avec de très beaux chats à regarder ou à caresser dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel.

Om man är tre personer så ska man ha tre badhanddukar färdiga i rummet. Samma sak med extra säng, den ska vara iordningställd när man checkar in.
Frukosten var bara kaos. Knappt tallrikar och glas som räckte. Bestick och papper fick man leta efter.
