Well the property is under construction, pool not available or the balcony and listing did not say. Only 2 towels, no extra toilet paper. Host did send more towels the next day. The shades in the room did not work either and very bright.

Terrible experience. Everything was dirty, it doesn’t match the advertising, and it’s extremely overpriced for what they offer. Communication was awful—they only gave excuses and lies instead of fixing the problem. I do not recommend it at all.

This was a frustrating stay from start to finish. The door lock was completely unreliable—it often wouldn’t lock when leaving, and I even got locked out. The issue wasn’t properly addressed until the last night when the owners finally showed up to fix the battery, which is unacceptable. There was constant construction noise starting at 8am, making it impossible to rest, and the toilet had ongoing plumbing issues. Despite raising these concerns, the owners showed little urgency or care in resolving them. The only redeeming factors were the location, view, and amenities—but they don’t make up for the overall poor experience. Definitely not worth it. 2 stars.

0 Stars – Misleading, Disorganized, and Not Family-Friendly This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. From the start, check-in was a complete nightmare. The whole thing was disorganized, confusing, and with little to no guidance. After traveling, the last thing you want is to struggle just to access your room. The property was also misleadingly advertised. We booked in part because of the pool, only to find out upon arrival that it’s under maintenance and only open on weekends, something that was never disclosed anywhere during booking. That’s a huge detail to leave out, especially for families traveling with kids. Communication was another major issue. The “host” or representative only provided overseas WhatsApp numbers and was extremely unresponsive. When problems came up, there was no urgency, no accountability, and no real support. On top of that, the environment is not kid-friendly at all, which made the experience even more stressful for our family. To make matters worse, the front desk was no help either. We were left stuck between unresponsive contacts and staff who wouldn’t take ownership of anything. We ended up checking out less than 24 hours after arrival because staying was not an option. Between the nightmare check-in, misleading information about amenities, lack of communication, and poor customer service, this experience completely disrupted our family trip.
