Water was dirty coming out of the faucets, the bed was full of bed bugs, the microwave was very dirty inside and out, the apartment smelled of wet dog, the bed and floor were full of dog hair. Outside of the stay, the host requested I pay double for my stay given the "high demand" for the area during this time of year. Because this booking did not allowed for refunds, I was forced to pay double; I paid the other half in cash. The host is not professional and I would not recommend the stay to anyone here. I will be filing a claim, regardless of the nonrefundable notice I was given. It's truly disheartening to know Expedia would not take the proper measures to oversee these kind of hosts.
