The Alexander Hotel is perfectly situated in beautiful Old Montreal, and is only two short blocks from the Metro stop allowing easy access to all other parts of the city. The accommodations were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The Alexander completely surpassed our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Alexander has a great location for walking around. The food choices in the area are great. All communication was done on line. No onsite reception with a person. The room was clean and comfortable with the exception of the pull out couch bed. As the 3rd adult I was on the pull out and for the two nights I had the mattress on the floor as the frame was extremely uncomfortable for an adult. We still recommend the Alexander just be aware if using the pull out. Cheers e

The property is nicely renovated and in a very convenient location in regards to Old Montreal, the ViaTrain Station, Metro and the REM. unfortunately a water main had burst in front of the property the same day I checked in, so was unable to have running water or any water for the first 24 hours of my stay.
