Very late check-in was an inconvenience. No written instructions for WiFi or anything and not even one coffee filter to get us through the first morning — all seemed low level for this rental price point. The exterior is inhospitable and knowing we’d be on the 3rd floor without an elevator for luggage was a surprise. And the serious warnings in the contract felt as if I needed legal advice. This condo is a corner cutting business first— so don’t expect any warmth or welcome packet.
