The staff were super helpful and very accommodating. They were able to switch a room for me at the last minute and I really appreciated that. My original bed was a little hard for my back, but the new room helped to alleviate that issue. Excellent central location within walking distance to what I wanted to see.

An excellent budget hotel. Room was small but bed comfortable, shower good and location superb, a short walk from docks. View of Liver building and birds when I pulled back curtain. Tea and coffee making items in room. Breakfast menu was small but tasty and reasonably priced. Would stay again

Absolute perfect location. Walking distant from all the attractions, 9 minutes to the Beatles statue and ferry, 14 minutes to Albert Dock, 5 minutes from the Upside Down House and only 2 minutes from The Beatles original museum and the Cavern Club. The hotel is great, clean and with a very nice and helpful staff. They even gave me a very nice gift when I checked out. Highly recommended!

Very well located - very close to Moorfields Merseyrail station and Liverpool city centre. I stayed on a Thursday and Friday night and heard nothing at all from what can be a noisy area with lots of nearby pubs and bars. My bed was comfortable and the shower in a well equipped bathroom particularly good. I had breakfast both days - there's a choice of 3 menus. I had a different one each day and they were both great: I particularly recommend the muesli, yogurt and croissant menu. They also give you coffee and juice, with the option of a refill. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at The Z Hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable—the room was spotless and felt incredibly fresh. What really made the trip, though, was the staff. They were professional, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure a great stay. Best of all, it was very reasonably priced for the high standard of service and comfort provided. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality, budget-friendly stay!

Lovely stay just one very annoying thing was the constant buzzing sound all night in the room meaning very little sleep. In the morning we mentioned it to stafff and they explained it was the extractor fan keeping the air circulating but if we had asked they would have turned it off. I suggest this is mentioned to guests on arrival not when checking out
