Don't stay here - HORRIBLE ROOM!
This place was the worst place ever.
My boyfriend and I arrived and had booked a Deluxe room with private bathroom...the room looked absolutely nothing like the photos of the listing online.
The room was dirty, the bedsheets had stains, the windows were jammed open and couldn't be closed, the towel rack in the bathroom was rusty, the bed was way smaller than described, the matress was torn under the sheets and the inside material was coming out, a light bulb was missing. The listing said the room had blackout curtains which was NOT the case. It was terrible, especially considering how much we had paid for it (we booked to be there the week of Christmas).
We confronted the front desk with this and they literally didn't know what to say. The place was fully booked and they said they could move us to another room of the same category the next day. Upon asking them to show us a photo of that room the guy at the front desk said "it's the exact same room"...after which he grabbed his phone and showed us photos of a room that again looked NOTHING like the room we were in.
We got on Hotels.com support but they were sadly very disappointing and were not able to help us.
My boyfriend and I made a decision to not stay here. We lost quite some money by doing so but this room was an absolute disgrace and should not be rented out.
Do yourself a favor and avoid stress and losing money by NOT booking this place.
