DO NOT STAY HERE!
One of the worst days of my life. I accidentally overbooked by one day, so I tried to call them and see if they would work with me to get the last day removed. However, I couldn’t get in contact with them. The number listed was incorrect. I called Hotels.com and they couldn’t get in contact with them either but they gave me a second number to try and that phone number also didn’t work. I reached out via email, no response. I reached out through their chat option, with no response.
I filled out the form stating what time I would arrive, which would be after hours. It said I would receive a check in instructions. No instructions were sent!
The location was very hard to find. Not accessible by car. Definitely not handicap accessible.
When I arrived at the time, I said I would I called only for them to tell me that I would have to pay a late fee. I already paid so much money for three nights and now I have to pay a late fee on top of it even though they knew what time I was coming.
They are so money hungry.
There is black mold in the bathroom. No door to the shower, water leaked all over the floor every time I showered. It was so bad that the downstairs neighbors came up to ask me about it.
Host reassured me he would ask about that extra day. Did he get back to me no? So I asked front desk, they denied me immediately.
Worst day of my life. Don’t stay here.
