"The air conditioned room was life saving due to the heat wave affecting Split while I was visiting. The terrace had an incredible view of the Old Town and was wonderful to sit on at sunset when it was cooled down outside. The bedroom and bathroom I had was very spacious as well. "We loved Hotel Briig! Beautiful boutique hotel that was clean and in excellent condition. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The main beach in Split was right across the street. Walk to the town in less than 15 minutes or Uber for 6E’s. Rooftop pool was great to relax at the end of the day. Only minor little thing was the tub was tall- a bit tough to get in and out of for a shower. Would highly recommend for a stay though!!! "

"Great location just outside of Split. Lovely spa and pool area. Mistral Beach Club is around 200m away, and while there are free loungers for hotel guests, it is first come first served on the pebble beach, so reserving (and paying for) loungers on the main deck is a more comfortable option if staying for a full day. "Tucked away in a little alley, the location is amazing, rooms feel fresh, new and very clean. Perfect for our short stay in Split!"

"The hotel was great and the location couldn’t be better. The only drawback is that there’s no place for a taxi/uber to drop you off as it’s on a major street. We had to haul our luggage two blocks which on cobblestone sidewalks was not easy. My recommendation is have them park near the pharmacy that is on the corner of the street as the walk from there is short. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Split."

"A wonderful place and great experience. Beautiful pool and feet from the beach (actually a very small road in between). It is well situated for walking the town. The town center is about a 10 min walk. Not bad even in 90 deg heat."
