This is an excellent location if you are staying pre-cruise. Convenient to shops and restaurants and beach and sightseeing. The bed was very hard, the tv didn’t work and the staff was gone by the time I realized it. It got fixed the next day. I already wrote about the fact that the staff did not review how to open the door to leave the property. No one was there to help m. My phone was connecting to her phone number. I finally took the risk to press the red button that did release door. I asked that they post a sign to tell guests what to do. It was done later that day.
I did not have any breakfast there. The toaster did over toast and the hallway smelled of burnt toast both mornings.
The second night someone was banging on the inside locked door to be let in. This went on for 15 minutes. Again , scary as there is no staff, no security. Guests need to understand that after you are welcomed and checked in, staff leaves and returns the next morning to coordinate breakfast, and that day’s departures.
