The check-in process has you use a kiosk, even with an employee at the desk. The hallways had a funky smell and hadn't been swept in probably weeks.The room was okay, not particularly dirty. The firmest mattress I have ever tried to sleep on, no give whatsoever under body weight. We checked out at 10:30, no snow plow had done the parking lot. There was 8-9" of overnight accumulation.

The staff was fine but we didn’t have enough towels for three guest and it wasn’t a comfort that Rockford Illinois has high crime rate in the entire state so I recommend people check out information be aware of your surroundings. And there was no shampoo

Shower looked like someone shaved a dog and didn't clean up behind themselves. Also had to use a kiosk to check in with some creepy guy that barely spoke English and couldn't make a key. Just terrible all around

Hates Gay Married Couples -Frauds will keep yochec
They do not appreciate same sex male couples who are legally married. They also demanded a deposit for which hotels.com does not mention on their site, I have copied the entire listing and all pages, no deposit required. Room was paid for, hotel cancels and keeps my $60 telling me I will get it back, but then stated they will not give it back.Blanant discrimination due to who we were. Was told we were lying about the deposit not being listed, that is why I copied the site.

This hotel is very unapprofessional don't go here if u don't expect your 30 deposit fee to go back on your card its going on 1 week now my monry hasn't made it back on my card and when i call and ask them where its at is there complications on there end they'll say my manager will look at it or your deposit is delayed the water is cold you have to walk to another motel bc they don't have anything with it being cold im not walking sorry but i would not recommend this hotel at all they made it seem like i had no reservation nor a room there my girlfriend already paid for another night so why try and charge us anither $30 deposit knowing we have a room already whatever new machine they have they need them gone cquse thats how complications started I'm highly upset because not only is they holding my money but there lying about it

Check-in was confusing and impersonal. Even though there were two people standing at the desk, I was directed to use a kiosk with a remote agent on a screen who was very difficult to understand. Not a great first impression.
I got to my room and found the bed rock hard, but I figured, fine, it wasn’t expensive. I’d deal with it.
The next morning, there was no hot water. I was told it would be “fixed,” but I was not offered another room or any accommodation. I was essentially expected to leave for the day without being able to shower. When I returned later, the hot water was working again, but the lack of concern or effort to help was frustrating.
That night was even worse. Around 1 AM, someone was knocking on my window. Then at 5:30 AM, someone went down the hallway knocking on every door. It was loud, unsettling, and completely unacceptable.
Between the uncomfortable bed, lack of hot water, noise disturbances, and poor customer service, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
I requested a refund for the night with no hot water and never received a response.
I would not recommend staying here.
