I had an extremely disappointing experience at Tulip Capital Hotel. The overall cleanliness was shockingly poor — rooms were not properly maintained, surfaces were dirty, and basic hygiene standards were clearly ignored. It felt uncomfortable staying there.
The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout my visit. Requests were either delayed or completely ignored, and there was a lack of basic courtesy and hospitality that you would expect from any hotel.
As for the management, Ali Haider Sahi did not handle concerns appropriately. There was no accountability, and issues were brushed aside rather than resolved.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, or decent service.
