Excellently situated near thr Altstadt. Very new accommodation with nearby (expensive) parking facilities (with charge option for EV).

First experience if a staffless hotel but it was seamless, great facilities, super clean and very well located with the parks on one side and the aldstadt on the other. It was also quiet, slept well.

The staff was super nice and helpful. Although we couldn't do an early check in, they saved our luggage and brought it to our room while we went out to explore while the room was ready. The areas are clean, comfortable and nice. The room was very spacious and comfortable. My only problem was that someone from the staff entered my room at a non-expected time and gave me a huge scare. I would stay again but will definitely clarify this with the staff.

This is a clean, modern building that is an easy walk from the main station and the city centre. We would stay tkere again. A quiet area (Nanking Chinese restaurant nearby is good!). The room was comfortable and having a fridge was useful. You need a code to get in when you arrive (this is sent) then you go through an iPad check in. Luckily staff were there to help. There are washing machines and dryers operated via an app, but easy enough. Only complaint: a broken shower head reported and wasn't fixed during our stay. Cleaning staff should have picked up on this before we arrived anyway.

Okay beliggenhed ift centrum. Lidt kedelig lejlighed med meget lille køkken.

Sköna sängar, bra vattentryck i duschen.

Closely located near bus and train stations. Quick walk to restaurants and central plaza. The bed and linen were very comfortable. I slept well. Location has washers and dryers.

There is no staff avilable. It is expected that their chat function could solve our questions, which was absolutely not the case. The staff did not respond to our phone messages. In the lobby they provide there different phone numbers, which did not facilitate the communication. We choose the hotel to have access to a parking place. The staff nor their stupid chat system did not provide any information on this matter. It is a pitty that you have such a nice place, which is so badly managed by your staff!

Men god beliggenhed, nær by og park. Rengøringen på værelset var mildest talt mangelfuld.

The room was in really good condition. The staff were wonderful. Very helpful in all situations. Always had a smile on their faces. Great vibes. Location was perfect. Situated near greenery but just a short walk to central areas. The bed was soft and comfortable. I loved that the property was stocked with all that I needed especially the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Already planning our next visit. Absolutely loved the balconies, think my favourite feature.

I booked this due to the good reviews and for the parking. The booking confirmation email said to reply to it request a parking space. I did. No response. I emailed again a few days later, no response. There was no parking for me upon my arrival and I had to park elsewhere & walk with my luggage. Customer service told me they never got my email and left it at that. The room was ok, although the kitchen utensils were dirty. Not returning to this place.
