Catania

Catania reclines on Sicily's east coast, right beside Mt. Etna – Europe's biggest, baddest, and most active volcano. The city has plenty to lure in travelers, with its unrelenting energy, cool nightlife haunts, and irresistible food, such as local dish 'pasta alla Norma'.

Influenced over the centuries by everyone from Romans to Arabs, Catania's eclectic architecture boasts everything from domed roofs to Baroque churches.
