The name is called Gardenia Apartments. We couldn’t find it when we arrived as the place was never mentioned by the agent I was talking to. He wasn’t answering my calls too when we arrived. And electricity bills should be paid by guests which will be charged before checking in.

There were additional fees on arrival. Guests will have to pay electricity consumption. And towels should be washed by guests before checking out otherwise you will also be charged. We also had a hard time looking for the place. The agent I was in contact with was not answering my call.

Wow! I can’t thank Carlos enough. I came to Punta Cana by myself, Carlos has been the best host you can ever have. Great communication, very helpful about anything you ask. Carlos was very professional. If I may add the guardians was beautiful, great location. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, you right by the beach, stores and excursions. The entire staff was very professional. Don’t hesitate book!! Very safe environment. The view from your condo is amazing, your own personal jacuzzi. Very spacious condo, out door plus beautiful and clean. I will be back!!!!

BEWARE.. Hidden fees... At our arrival, this place made an additional unauthorized charge on our credit card for the full amount of our stay (even if the full amount was already charged by Expedia when we purchased the trip). After our stay, we received a partial credit. Their argument: they charge the electricity (which is a hidden fee; not described on their Expedia listing). Wrongful doing. Rent a hotel, they are honest and no hidden fees.

The two bedroom/two bath condo was ideal for my stay. Comfortable, air conditioning in every room, and just about one block to the beach. I was surprised to learn that there's an all-in-one laundry machine as well. Very handy! The wading pool on the balcony was really nice, especially on the hotter, more humid days. It was a relaxing space to come back to after a long day at the beach. Much better than a hotel. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

I’ve been to various countries and have stayed at many hotels. THIS apartment I rented left all other vacation stay locations IN THE DUST! The roominess and cleanliness, the courteous and friendly staff making sure all was well throughout my stay. The JUICIEST part was the SPACIOUS apartment WITH a jacuzzi! The company GESPROIN is winner and now has a loyal customer for life!

The properyt is in an excellent location. A short 3 minute walk to the beach, grocery and dining right outside the building. Beautiful pool and bbq area. Would highly recommend.
