Hotel was great and room was a good size for a family of four. Breakfast was good. It was great value and a perfect location to explore Chania. If arriving by car it isn’t well sign posted from the road and the entrance is down a very pretty alley.

A beautiful Boutique Hotel. Excellent service. The staff was amazing! Every one from the front desk to the bar and restaurant were so courteous and friendly. We stayed at the presidential suite which was extremely comfortable with 2 floors and a private terrace. Also, the breakfast was top notch!

10/10 – An exceptional stay right in the heart of the Old Town. The location is perfect, with shopping and dining just steps away. The staff were amazing—friendly, attentive, and welcoming—and the breakfast was excellent. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Chania.

Perfect location - couldn't be better. Besg breakfast on our trip. The bigger rooms we had were brilliant but the base category room is quite small for 2pax with 2 big bags. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Special mention for their warmth and care towards our large group. Had a memorable trip. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and our suite was incredibly spacious, beautifully appointed, and featured excellent lighting, great ambiance, and plenty of storage. Breakfast each morning was delicious, fresh, and offered a wonderful variety. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We loved the thoughtful extra touches, like the complimentary mini-bar stocked with juice and sparkling water, and the afternoon brownies. The location is perfect—convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We will definitely be back!

All staff were great. It is a beautiful hotel - extremely well constructed and expertly finished (been open for less than one year). The restaurant meals were superb - we were booked in for 2 nights and had both dinners there. Breakfast was equally good. Had a somewhat challenging issue with the room heat - even with that, I would not diminish the excellent rating for this hotel. Definitely recommend highly.

Trendig-moderne Gestaltung des gesamten Hotels unter Wahrung und Hervorhebung architektonischer Zeugnisse der Vergangenheit. Individuelles, qualitätvolles á la ca
