The AF Duomo Luxury Suites is exceptional! The Location is THE BEST with direct views of the Duomo Piazza Square. The Staff’s Customer Service was outstanding, from check-in to check-out! The Receptionists were attentive and very helpful. And,..the suite was GORGEOUS! I had 3 balconies overlooking the Duomo! The furniture, lighting, and design were well designed, modern Italian/Milano! And, I love the attention to detail of the little vanity items provided in the bathroom! Overall, an excellent stay with the best Location, amazing Views, outstanding Customer Service, and beautiful Suite.

Location is perfect if you don’t mind being in a tourist area but it’s not congested. It’s near great restaurants, entertainment and attractions. The staff is amazing especially the wonderful ladies that clean and handle the amazing breakfast. I stayed in Loft 10 it was a little warm but overall I would stay there again. Front desk Kevin was super helpful day and night. Thank you AFduomo

On a 9 day trip around Europe, my wife and I agreed this room had the MOST comfortable bed we had during our entire trip. Also, the room and bathroom were very spacious. Location was amazing (literally across the street from the Duomo). If we had one complaint, it was about the lack of directions to find the property. While it is directly across the street from the Duomo, it is on a street/alley that was very difficult to find using both  Maps and Google Maps. We circled the area for 45 minutes before we finally found the entrance. There is an entry in between two restaurants and you have to climb a flight of stairs, then they call the concierge and then there is an old fashion elevator to go up to the property. The maps kept telling us it was in the piazza adjacent to the Duomo, but it is actually across the street. The staff/concierges were very friendly throughout our stay. If you are looking for a property close to the Duomo and the Galleria and other attractions in central Milan, this was very nice. Plenty of dining and shopping options in the area. Overall we enjoyed our stay once we were actually able to find the property.

Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed, and I said this even with my wife’s high standard. The service and cleanliness were impeccable. There isn’t a car park but the hotel concierge was willing to help us carry our luggage from nearby carpark. We liked even the vintage elevator that came with the hotel.

Amazing stay!

Amazing place to stay, exceeded expectations from start to finish. All the staff are super friendly and really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Thanks to Kevin for going that extra mile. The welcome bottle of Bellavista Franciacorta and Venchi chocolates was a nice touch. The continental breakfast brought to your room was delicious. Location wise, there’s no place better. If you have the budget, ask for one of the rooms with a view of the duomo. You won’t be disappointed.

First and foremost the AF Suites property is situated in a fabulous location. I doubt whether there is another hotel or rental accommodation space in Milan which is better positioned. We had the Visconti Suite with its incredible direct views of the Duomo. With 80 square metres of pure unadulterated luxury, it was fantastic. Despite his relatively young years, Kevin (The Head of Concierge) is a consummate professional always immaculately coiffured, with a genuine smile and a very friendly manner. In Kevin’s absence, he is ably assisted by his colleague Pierre. The breakfasts were excellent, brought to your room each morning, to order, by a lovely lady whose name I can’t remember but I think might be Joan. In all my fifty years of travelling abroad, I can confidently say that this is undoubtedly the best accommodation I have ever experienced. Thank you Elena Maria Piatti Ferrari for your sophisticated taste in design and Antonio Ferrari for your decision to invest in luxury tourism. I hope that AF Suites continues to go from strength to strength and that you fulfil your ambitions to finalise the project next year. I would love to return to see it.

Wow, what a hotel and what a location!

I would call the AF Duomo a boutique hotel...the property is still being developed, but the suites are wonderful (especially those facing the Duomo). I think at the moment there are only 8-9 rooms and no common areas, but based on the plans they shared, this hotel will be absolutely incredible in a year or so (it's quite wonderful now too). The location, across from the Duomo and right in the center of the plaza, has to be the best location in all of Milano. Complimentary breakfast delivered to our room is a great touch, and everything is high-end. Thank you for everything Kevin!
